Senior Pre-Sales Manager (ELV Systems)

Quantum Star Security (QSS) is looking for a dynamic Senior Pre-Sales Manager to join our growing team in Dubai.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 8+ years of UAE experience in the ELV & Security industry
• Proven track record of delivering at least 5 large-scale projects valued above AED 5 Million each
• Experience in designing & managing more than 5 integrated ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Intercom, UPS, Servers, PoE Switches, etc.)
• Strong relationships with vendors, consultants, and system integrators
• Ability to lead pre-sales technical submittals, compliance, and value engineering
• Strategic mindset to expand our product portfolio and drive business growth
• Own car with valid UAE driving license is mandatory
