We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Pre-Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team to play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by providing expert technical and strategic guidance during the pre-sales process.

As a key member of the sales team, He will collaborate closely with sales executives, product managers, and technical teams to develop tailored solutions that address the unique requirements of our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their business challenges and objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth needs analysis and solution demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with sales executives to develop compelling value propositions and tailored presentations.
  • Lead technical discussions with clients to address questions, concerns and objections.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality proposals and other pre-sales collateral.
  • Stay updated on product features, enhancements and roadmap.
  • Provide feedback from the field to product management and development teams to inform product strategy and roadmap.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting or technical sales roles within the software industry.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth through effective pre-sales support.
  • Strong technical background and ability to understand complex software solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
