Senior Presales Engineer

The Senior Pre-Sales Engineer supports the Sales and Business Development teams by designing technical solutions, preparing BOQs, technical proposals, compliance statements, and responding to RFPs/RFQs while coordinating with customers, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.

• Analyze customer requirements, RFPs, RFQs, tender documents, and project specifications.

• Prepare technical proposals, compliance statements, BOQs, and technical submittals.

• Prepare design and solution architecture for ICT, Low Current, ELV, and related systems.

• Conduct site surveys and technical assessments to identify customer needs and project parameters.

• Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers for quotations, designs, and solution validation.

• Prepare pricing input, cost breakdowns, and quotation support for commercial submissions.

• Support Sales during customer meetings, presentations, and joint visits.

• Explain proposed designs and solutions to customers, contractors, and consultants.

• Review scope, identify technical risks, and ensure alignment with customer requirements.

• Support project handover to delivery teams after award.

• Determine resources required to complete projects and support implementation readiness.

• Ensure response time and proposal quality are aligned with approved SLA and governance requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in ICT, ELV, Low Current, or Cybersecurity Pre-Sales.

• Strong experience in solution design, BOQ preparation, technical proposals, and compliance statements.

• Good understanding of networking, low current systems, cybersecurity, or system integration solutions.

• Strong communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills.

• Vendor certifications are considered an advantage.
