Role Summary
The Senior Presales Manager is responsible for leading the presales team, driving the presales process from initial lead contact through to site visits, ensuring a seamless transition to sales closure. This role encompasses hiring, training, coaching, and managing the presales team to achieve conversion targets, enhance customer engagement, and optimize the sales funnel within the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Development: Hire, onboard, train, and continuously coach the presales team to maintain high performance standards; implement presales best practices and process improvements.
- Presales Process Management: Oversee the entire presales lifecycle starting from lead contact, lead qualification, customer engagement, product presentations, and coordination of site visits for prospective buyers. Innovate and streamline presales operations for efficiency, leveraging CRM tools and sales automation where applicable.
- Strategy Execution: Develop and execute effective presales strategies aligned with business goals to increase lead conversion rates and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, project management, and management teams to ensure alignment on project offerings, customer requirements, and timely follow-ups.
- Customer Engagement: Ensure the team provides high-quality, consultative support to potential clients by understanding their needs and customizing solutions according to the real estate projects.
- Performance Monitoring: Track presales metrics and KPIs; generate regular reports on team performance, conversion rates, and market feedback to leadership for strategic decision-making.
- Market & Competitor Analysis: Keep track of market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to proactively adjust presales tactics.
- Site Visit Coordination: Manage scheduling and follow-up of site visits, ensuring prospects receive comprehensive property presentations and personalized experiences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in presales or sales roles within real estate or a related industry.
- Proven experience in managing and scaling presales teams.
- Strong understanding of real estate sales cycles, lead management, and customer engagement.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.
