Job Title: Data Analyst

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Business System Analyst with a strong foundation in SQL, ERP systems, and healthcare revenue cycle management. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing business processes, enhancing system functionalities, and supporting users to ensure the efficiency of our healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to healthcare operations.
Data profiling on the source data elements to find data anomalies
Develop SQL queries to extract and analyze data for reporting, trend analysis, and decision support.
Work with ERP systems pertaining to healthcare finance, supply chain, and other relevant domains to streamline operations.
Support the implementation of system upgrades and modifications, ensuring alignment with business needs.
Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to ensure effective use of systems.
Act as a liaison between IT and business units to facilitate communication and project goals.
Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and ensure that processes align with current healthcare standards.
Prepare detailed documentation of processes, systems, and workflows for future reference.
