As a Senior Principal Product Designer, you’ll be a hands-on design leader, influencing product direction and bringing user-first solutions to life across mobile and web platforms. You’ll collaborate across disciplines to champion experience quality from concept through execution.
- 
Elevate product thinking: Drive cross-functional collaboration with product, research, and engineering to build thoughtful, cohesive, and accessible experiences. 
- 
A track record of designing and shipping mobile-first B2C products at scale, ideally in industries like security, fintech, health, or adjacent spaces. 
- 
Mastery of end-to-end product design: UX research, interaction, visual design, and systems thinking. 
The annual base salary for this position is expected to be between $180,000 to $205,000 . Base salary is one component of Gen's total compensation package. Actual salaries will vary based on a candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and competencies related to the role.
