We are looking for a Senior Printing Operations Manager who can oversee large-scale production environments while leading operational strategy, workflow optimization, and cross-functional coordination across printing and media operations. You will manage production teams, improve operational efficiency, and support initiatives that strengthen quality, delivery performance, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

Printing Operations Leadership:
Oversee daily printing and production operations including workflow coordination, production scheduling, equipment management, and operational performance monitoring.

Operational Strategy:
Develop and implement operational strategies that improve production efficiency, optimize resource utilization, and strengthen service quality across all production activities.

Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor production supervisors, operations coordinators, technical staff, and support personnel. Conduct performance reviews and support employee development initiatives.

Production Planning:
Manage production schedules, project timelines, material coordination, and workflow processes to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.

Quality and Performance Monitoring:
Track operational KPIs, production quality metrics, workflow efficiency indicators, and delivery performance while supporting continuous operational improvement.

Stakeholder Coordination:
Collaborate with executive leadership, corporate clients, suppliers, creative teams, and external vendors to support operational goals and project requirements.

Compliance and Safety Oversight:
Maintain compliance with operational procedures, production standards, workplace safety regulations, and quality assurance requirements across all production environments.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:
6+ years of experience in printing operations, manufacturing management, production services leadership, or media operations, including at least 1-2 years in a senior management role.

Leadership Skills:
Strong experience managing production teams, coordinating operational workflows, and maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and service delivery.

Industry Knowledge:
Deep understanding of printing operations, packaging workflows, production planning, quality control systems, and operational optimization strategies.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in production management systems, operational reporting platforms, workflow coordination tools, and Microsoft Office applications.

Communication Skills:
Excellent English communication skills are required for operational reporting, stakeholder coordination, and leadership collaboration. Additional language skills are considered an advantage.

You are organized, analytical, and solution-oriented. You understand how to balance operational efficiency, production quality, and client expectations while leading teams in fast-moving production environments.

Pay: QAR16,000.00 - QAR22,000.00 per month
