We are currently supporting a leading industrial organization in Oman operating within large-scale mineral processing and pelletizing operations. The company is looking to hire an experienced Senior Process Engineer – Pelletizin g to drive process optimization, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives within the pelletizing plant

.This role plays a critical part in improving plant performance, supporting operational stability, and implementing advanced process control and optimization solutions

Key Responsibiliti

• esLead optimization of pelletizing and balling process performance to improve productivity and product qualit
• y.Analyze operational data and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities across throughput, consumption, and emission
• s.Support plant troubleshooting during operational disturbances, start-ups, and shutdown
• s.Implement process control and automation enhancements using optimization system
• s.Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for process deviations and operational incident
• s.Prepare technical reports including process analysis, mass and energy balance
• s.Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure efficient plant operation
• s.Participate in technical evaluations, investment studies, and improvement project
• s.Ensure compliance with HSE and environmental standard
• s.Mentor junior engineers and support knowledge development initiative

• ntsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related discipli
