Job Description
We are hiring a Senior Procurement & Contracts Officer with strong Abu Dhabi market experience to manage strategic procurement, contracts, and business acquisition. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to bring new business, secure contracts, and negotiate high-value commercial agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic procurement plans
- Manage RFQ, RFP, RFI, tendering, bid evaluation, and supplier selection
- Prepare, review, negotiate, and manage contracts, SLAs, MOUs, and agreements
- Secure new business and long-term contracts with clients, developers, and government entities
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, vendors, and authorities
- Ensure compliance with UAE & Abu Dhabi laws and regulations
- Monitor supplier and contract performance
- Prepare procurement reports, cost analysis, and KPIs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (Procurement, Business, Engineering, or related)
- Minimum 10 years’ procurement & contracts experience in Abu Dhabi
- Proven record in winning contracts and business development
- Strong negotiation and commercial skills
- Knowledge of Abu Dhabi authority requirements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- ERP / procurement systems knowledge
- Arabic is an advantage
- UAE Driving License preferred
