Senior Procurement Engineer

• Proven experience as a Procurement Engineer or similar role within construction (mainly), MEP, fit-out, and maintenance projects.
• Strong knowledge of the local market, including vendors, suppliers, pricing trends, and material availability.
• Hands-on experience in sourcing, purchasing, and managing materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.
• Expertise in vendor management, quotation analysis, negotiation, and contract management.
• Ability to handle procurement for fit-out and maintenance projects, ensuring timely delivery and cost optimization.
• Familiarity with project documentation, procurement schedules, and coordination with project teams.
• Knowledge of procurement tools, ERP systems, and reporting to management.
• Strong understanding of material specifications, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

• Excellent communication and coordination with vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
