Senior Procurement Engineer

We are a well-established Contracting Company in Dubai seeking an experienced Procurement Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in procurement of construction materials, equipment, and subcontract services within the UAE construction market.

Location: Dubai, UAE

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in construction & contracting companies
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Experience in vendor evaluation, negotiations, and purchase order management
• Familiarity with project procurement schedules and cost control
• UAE construction market experience is required
• Strong communication and coordination skills

Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontract services
• Evaluate suppliers and obtain competitive quotations
• Prepare and issue purchase orders and subcontracts
• Coordinate with project, planning, and QS teams to meet project timelines
• Ensure materials comply with project specifications and approvals
• Maintain procurement records and reports
