Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in procurement within the UAE
• Strong background in engineering and construction procurement
• Extensive knowledge of local and international suppliers and vendors
• Proven experience in negotiations, contracts, and purchase orders
• Ability to manage procurement activities for large-scale projects
• Strong coordination skills with technical and project teams
• Proficiency in procurement systems and Microsoft Office
• Excellent command of English (Arabic is an advantage)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all procurement activities for engineering projects
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure best value
• Review technical specifications and ensure compliance with project requirements
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of materials
• Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost and quality
