Senior Procurement Engineer / Procurement Manager (Construction – Real Estate Developer)

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager with a strong background in construction and real estate development in the UAE. The candidate will be responsible for managing procurement activities for villa and/or high-rise projects, including materials and subcontracting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement of construction materials (civil, MEP, finishing)
• Handle tendering, quotation analysis, and vendor selection
• Negotiate contracts and finalize purchase orders
• Coordinate with project and QS teams for BOQ and requirements
• Ensure timely delivery as per project schedule
• Maintain supplier database within UAE market

Requirements

• 8–10 years of construction procurement experience
• Must have UAE experience with real estate developers/builders
• Strong knowledge of local suppliers and subcontractors
• Experience in BOQ, tendering, and contracts
• Engineering background preferred

Preferred

• Experience in villa or high-rise projects
• Immediate joiners or short notice candidates
