About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Procurement Manager who can take ownership of our procurement strategy and operations. You are not just processing purchase orders, you are driving cost efficiency, supplier performance, and supply chain reliability. You will lead procurement initiatives across multiple high value projects and act as a key partner to operations, finance, and executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Procurement Strategy:
Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project and business objectives. Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency.
Supplier Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and contractors. Evaluate vendor performance and ensure reliability and quality standards.
Contract Management:
Lead contract negotiations, review terms, and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Operational Execution:
Oversee the full procurement lifecycle including sourcing, tendering, evaluation, and awarding of contracts.
Risk Management:
Identify supply chain risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure uninterrupted project execution.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Work closely with project managers, engineering teams, and finance to align procurement activities with project timelines and budgets.
What We Are Looking For
Experience:
8+ years in procurement or supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role within construction or engineering industries.
Education:
Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of procurement systems, contract management, and vendor negotiation strategies.
Market Knowledge:
Familiarity with Qatar or GCC supplier markets and procurement regulations is highly preferred.
Leadership:
Proven ability to lead procurement teams and manage multiple high value projects simultaneously.
Communication:
Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills. Ability to present and justify procurement decisions to senior leadership.
Mindset:
Strategic, detail oriented, and results driven. Able to balance cost efficiency with quality and project timelines.
Pay: QAR16,000.00 - QAR21,000.00 per month
