Responsibilities:

Lead the development and execution of procurement strategies, category plans, and sourcing
roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives.

Oversee all procurement and contracting activities, ensuring adherence to approved policies,
procedures, and Delegation of Authority.

Review and approve complex requisitions, tender strategies, commercial evaluations, negotiation outcomes, and award recommendations.

Drive the closure of internal and external audit observations, ensuring sustainable corrective actions and strengthened controls.

Provide expert guidance to senior stakeholders on procurement best practices, risk mitigation,
commercial structuring, and compliance requirements.

Lead negotiations with key suppliers and contractors to secure optimal commercial and contractual outcomes.

Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Technical, and other functions to ensure alignment on contractual, financial, and operational requirements.

Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement governance, efficiency, digitalization, and process maturity.

Manage, mentor, and develop the procurement team to build organizational capability and ensure high performance.

Monitor supplier performance, market trends, and commercial risks to support strategic
decision-making.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Law, or a related field.
Master Degree is preferrable
