Senior Procurement Officer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Procurement Officer to manage end-to-end procurement activities and support strategic sourcing initiatives within a manufacturing environment (block and concrete products industry).

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full procurement cycle from sourcing to contract execution
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures
• Identify cost-saving and process improvement opportunities
• Coordinate with internal departments for procurement planning

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or related field
• 8–10 years of procurement experience, preferably in manufacturing or construction materials industry
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills
• Experience with ERP systems is an advantage
