Senior Procurement Specialist

Job Objective:

To manage and execute procurement strategies that ensure cost-effective sourcing of materials, products, and services while maintaining quality and compliance standards. The role focuses on strategic supplier management, contract negotiations, and continuous process improvements to support business goals and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to achieve cost and quality targets.

• Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers to ensure consistent supply performance.

• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements to maximize value for the company.

• Collaborate with internal departments to understand requirements and procurement needs.

• Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement best practices.

• Maintain accurate procurement records, reports, and documentation.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement function.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing.

• Proven track record in supplier negotiations and vendor management.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficiency in ERP/procurement systems and Microsoft Office tools.

• High attention to detail, integrity, and commitment to process excellence.
