Senior Procurement Specialist
Location: Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities
- Manage supplier onboarding, vendor updates, and compliance checks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders and guide them through procurement procedures.
- Support RFQ processes, vendor management, and full procurement lifecycle activities.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance procurement systems, processes, and policies.
- Use procurement systems to monitor, track, and maintain data accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with documentation, reporting, and system-based procurement activities.
- Support additional procurement-related tasks and projects assigned by management.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and supplier management.
- Proficiency in procurement software and spreadsheet tools (Excel).
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Ability to build effective relationships with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, capable of handling multiple tasks.
- Ability to document processes and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
- Min 3-5+ years of experience in procurement lifecycle management.
- Experience in obtaining bids, managing suppliers, and handling procurement operations.
- Exposure to working with global teams or BPO environments is an advantage.
- Knowledge of procurement software and tools; leadership experience with small teams is a plus.
