Job Summary:

A real estate company is seeking to hire a Procurement Specialist to manage and execute procurement activities efficiently, ensuring the availability of required materials and services at optimal cost and quality, while supporting the company’s operational and financial objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full procurement cycle, including purchase requests, RFQs, negotiations, awarding, and purchase orders.

• Identify, evaluate, and manage qualified suppliers.

• Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers.

• Prepare and review purchase orders and contracts in coordination with relevant departments.

• Follow up on deliveries and ensure compliance with timelines and quality standards.

• Coordinate with internal departments to meet actual business needs.

• Monitor procurement budgets and ensure cost control.

• Prepare periodic procurement and cost reports.

• Resolve supplier, delivery, and quality-related issues.

• Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and procedures.

• Contribute to improving procurement processes and cost optimization.


Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement.

• Strong knowledge of procurement practices and supplier markets.

• Excellent negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement systems.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.

• Priority will be given to Saudis.
