Role Overview
As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll lead the design of enterprise-grade loyalty experiences that drive engagement, retention, and revenue. You’ll shape our design vision across platforms and mentor designers within a culture that champions innovation and customer-centricity.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design for AI-powered loyalty workflows from user research and ideation to prototyping and delivery.
- Define and uphold design standards and consistency across modules: Loyalty+, Insights+, CDP+, etc.
- Partner with product and AI teams to align design solutions with strategic goals and technical roadmaps.
- Advocate for users conduct research and usability tests, then translate insights into design decisions.
- Present design solutions to stakeholders, weaving business impact and emotional loyalty into narratives (e.g., via BLQ insights).
- Mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative, feedback-driven design culture.
Job Requirement
- 5 years in Product Design, with enterprise or SaaS experience (preferably loyalty, marketing tech, or related domains).
- A strong portfolio demonstrating impactful UX/UI solutions and storytelling.
- Deep expertise in Figma (or equivalent), prototyping, and design systems.
- Knowledge of AI/ML-driven features and personalized experiences.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
