Senior Product Designer

Design Leadership: Own the end-to-end design process for a B2C product or set of products, including problem discovery, ideation, prototyping, user testing, and final delivery. Set the standard for design excellence within the team.

User-Centered Design: Champion consumer needs and advocate for user-centered design practices throughout the product development process. Create compelling and effective design solutions that address both user pain points and business objectives.

Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, researchers, engineers, and other designers to deliver top-quality products. Lead cross-functional design activities, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovative thinking.

Problem-Solving: Identify key user problems and opportunities, using research and data to inform design decisions. Develop and iterate on solutions that elevate the overall user experience of our B2C products.

Design Strategy: Contribute to the design strategy for the B2C product suite, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience across web and mobile platforms. Partner with other design teams to align on a unified design vision for all PF products.

Iteration & Testing: Lead design iterations based on user feedback and data, testing prototypes to refine and validate design solutions. Ensure designs are optimized for both usability and visual appeal.
