The organization is now seeking a talented Senior Product Designer to join a fast-moving product team that’s rebuilding insurance from the ground up. Designers operate at both the conceptual and tactical levels — shaping vision, refining user journeys, and collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to bring smart, elegant solutions to life in highly complex decision environments.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the design and problem-solving for new product experiences and feature iterations
  • Collaborate with experienced designers to improve solutions and adopt new patterns (AI tools, prompt design, etc.)
  • Shift easily between strategy and delivery as neededParticipate in product workshops and cross-functional collaboration
  • Produce fast, iterative prototypes and high-fidelity mockups
  • Provide thoughtful, high-bar design feedback to elevate the team

What You Need

  • 4+ years of experience in Product Design (ideally in fast-paced startups)
  • 1+ year of experience in B2B SaaS products
  • Experience leading end-to-end product design projects
  • Strong user-centered design knowledge
  • Expertise in Figma or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Bonus Points for:
  • Background in FinTech or InsurTech
  • Experience with design systems and UI pattern libraries
  • Willingness to travel 6–8 weeks per year

Salary & Benefits

  • Location: Remote (must be based in the U.S. or Canada)
  • Salary: $160k - $190k / Year
  • Equity: Competitive
  • Travel: Up to 6–8 weeks per year
  • This is a full-time, long-term position.
  • The position is immediately available.
  • Monday through Friday, during regular business hours
