Senior Product Designer

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer who will take ownership of our product experience and design systems. This is not just a design execution role. You will help shape product strategy, influence key decisions, and elevate the overall user experience across all platforms. You will collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to turn complex requirements into elegant solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design System Ownership
Maintain and improve our design system to ensure consistency and scalability across all digital products

End to End Product Design
Lead the full design lifecycle from discovery and research to wireframes, prototypes, and final delivery

Collaboration with Engineering
Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design components and user interactions

User Research and Validation
Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions

Stakeholder Communication
Present design concepts clearly to internal teams and stakeholders, explaining both the reasoning and impact

What We Are Looking For

Experience
At least 5 to 8 years of experience in product design UX UI with proven experience working on complex digital products

Portfolio
A strong portfolio demonstrating end to end design process including problem definition, exploration, and final outcomes

Technical Skills
Advanced proficiency in Figma including auto layout, prototyping, and design systems
Understanding of frontend development principles is a strong advantage

Communication Skills
Strong English communication skills required for cross functional collaboration
Arabic language skills are a plus but not required

Mindset
A practical and solution oriented designer who balances creativity with business goals and delivery timelines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR30,000.00 - QAR32,000.00 per month
