Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product design projects from concept to completion.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity design mockups.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams.
• Maintain and evolve design systems and brand guidelines.
• Mentor junior designers and facilitate creative design workshops.
• Present and defend design decisions clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Identify new product improvement opportunities through data insight.

Skill & Experience

• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools.
• Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and accessibility.
• Strong visual design skills with a compelling, diverse portfolio.
• Experience conducting user research, testing, and synthesizing insights.
• Familiarity with front-end basics like HTML, CSS, and developer handoff.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
