Senior Product Designer Trading Platforms (Mobile & Web)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to lead the design of user-centered product experiences across our trading platforms, mobile apps, and web interfaces. This role will be pivotal in driving product innovation, shaping design strategy, and ensuring exceptional usability in partnership with product, engineering, marketing, and content teams.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of end-to-end product design strategy and UX execution across ThinkMarkets trading platforms (mobile, web, and desktop).
• Lead design strategy, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes that optimize user journeys.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, marketing, and content teams to translate business needs into elegant solutions.
• Conduct and integrate user research, analytics, and qualitative feedback to iterate and improve product designs.
• Oversee design systems and asset libraries, ensuring consistency across platforms and touchpoints.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to building a high-performance design culture.
• Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and technologies, applying best practices to elevate ThinkMarkets product experiences.
