Senior Product Designer (UI/UX)

Our Client, A Fortune top tier multinational Company with global services offered from PR for data services and solutions for their worldwide supply chain services is hiring a senior product developer (UI/UX).

The senior Product designer (UI/UX) will define and deliver user-centered product experiences for the Company’s customer -facing platforms.

This role is accountable for leading end-to end UX/UI design across complex workflows-translating product strategy, user needs, and business outcomes into accessible and consistent experiences.

Responsibilities:

• The Product Design efforts will work with a cross functional teams including Front End and back end, Engineering, QA, Scrum master/delivery, and solutions architecture ensuring the product experience meet Company standards.
• Establish and evolve UX/UI standards to support consistent experiences across data products and portals (including data visualization -heavy workflows)
• Lead experience definition thorough problem framing, user journeys, IS, interaction design, UI design and validation.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to translate roadmaps initiatives into design strategies aligned to business outcomes
• Use product usage insights to improve user journey and prioritize design enhancements
• Produce high -fidelity UI designs, interactive prototypes and design specifications for implementation
• Partner with Front-End and Back-End teams to ensure design intent translate to business needs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Human -Computer Interaction, Graphic Design or related field
• 6 plus years of experience designing digital products (enterprise Saas, analytics platforms, or data-heavy applications)
• Hands-on experience with Figma (or similar collaborative UI design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD or Penport)
• Proficiency creating interactive prototypes, wireframes, high fidelity mocks and producing engineering ready specifications with Firma (or comparable tools)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design, interaction design, and UI craft across complex workflows.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional agile teams (Product, Engineering, QA, Architecture) through delivery
• English proficiency is required
• Operations are in PR and require living or moving to PR
