Senior Product Designer (UI/UX – SaaS & Fintech)

We're building an AI-powered SaaS Fintech platform and are looking for a Senior Product Designer to create intuitive, data-rich experiences that help make better decisions.

You'll work directly with the Founder, Technical Lead, and Frontend Engineer to design dashboards, financial calculators, AI-driven workflows, and responsive experiences from concept to production.

This is a founding design role with significant ownership, equity, and the opportunity to define the product's entire user experience.

Responsibilities

• Design a scalable design system in Figma
• Create responsive web and mobile experiences
• Design complex financial dashboards and analytics
• Build intuitive user flows and interactive prototypes
• Design charts, data visualisations, and reporting interfaces
• Improve usability through user research and testing
• Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure design quality
• Maintain consistency across all product experiences

Requirements

• 4+ years of Product or UI/UX Design experience
• 2+ years designing SaaS, fintech, or analytics products
• Advanced Figma skills
• Experience building design systems
• Dashboard and data visualisation design
• Responsive and mobile-first design
• Strong UX research and interaction design
• Excellent visual hierarchy and typography
• Portfolio demonstrating complex product design

Bonus Skills

• Real estate or financial products
• Motion design
• HTML/CSS knowledge
• UX writing
• Maze, Hotjar, or PostHog
• Accessibility (WCAG)

Pay: Rs108,189.44 - Rs210,431.19 per month
