Position Summary

Develop and implement product-specific marketing strategies across Growth Markets (Eastern Europe, Turkey, Middle East & Africa, North Asia, South Asia & Australia/New Zealand and Latin America) . Coordinate with the sales teams in these regions to ensure alignment and execution. Manage marketing-related projects and budgets, maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals, and ensure all marketing activities are consistent with Curium’s global business objectives. Prepare and deliver marketing reports, presentations, and training materials while monitoring market, competitor, and product trends both locally and internationally .


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and coordinate marketing strategies and initiatives for both domestic and international markets within the Growth Markets region (Eastern Europe, Turkey, Middle East & Africa, North Asia, South Asia & Australia/New Zealand, and Latin America).
  • Prepare product-based marketing strategies, communicate them to the sales team, and monitor implementation
  • Contribute to pre-marketing activities and product launch preparations
  • Develop and adjust marketing plans to ensure effective strategy execution
  • Execute and coordinate marketing activities for products, including managing marketing budgets (promotions, campaigns) efficiently
  • Build and maintain relationships with key healthcare professionals and KOLs
  • Conduct joint customer and KOL visits with the sales team; deliver product presentations and training sessions
  • Plan visits to nuclear medicine physicians and clinic doctors and integrate them into the customer portfolio
  • Prepare product-related training materials and presentations and share them with the sales team
  • Coordinate with sales to set product-related sales targets
  • Monitor product developments, maintain up-to-date product knowledge, and provide medical training where necessary
  • Conduct product market, pricing, and competitor analyses; develop and share product strategies with the field team
  • Collaborate with production, planning, logistics, purchasing, and finance teams for cost analysis and monitor actual costs
  • Conduct pricing and profitability analyses for product launches
  • Track relevant national and international congresses, symposia, and meetings
  • Organize congresses, symposia, and other events, managing budgets and logistics
  • Ensure timely regulatory follow-ups and compliance with Ministry notifications, including monitoring all related expenses and invoices
  • Prepare and manage content for printed promotional materials (brochures, catalogs, stands, roll-ups, etc.) in coordination with agencies


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceutical sector
  • Proficient in MS Office programs
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
  • Resident of Istanbul
