Who you are

You’re someone who ships relentlessly . You move fast, put real product in real users’ hands, and iterate your way to excellence.

You’re comfortable jumping between product vision and SQL queries; between refining UX flows and talking to users; between market thinking and execution. You zoom out to see the big picture and zoom in to fix a broken flow — without drama.

You value ideas, not ego. You collaborate deeply, listen actively, and care about truth and progress over credit.

You actively learn - tools, frameworks, markets, psychology, investing - and you get energy from feedback and iteration. You’re wired like a builder, not a coordinator.

Most importantly, you care about the future of investing and wealth creation - and you want to shape how millions participate in it.

What you’ll do

You’ll operate like a full-stack product builder:

discover → design → build → launch → measure → improve.

Your work will span:

• Designing & shipping features that help users discover, evaluate & invest
• Driving product narratives & product-led growth loops
• Building flows that create trust, habit, and confidence
• Running product experiments using SQL, Mixpanel, GA
• Conducting user research with founders, operators & investors
• Benchmarking and bringing learnings from top global products
• Working closely with engineering & content to turn insights into product
• Defining early product culture, rituals, and pace

This is a high-ownership, high-ambiguity environment. You don’t wait for resources — you create momentum.

Must-haves

• 4+ years experience building digital products (ideally early-stage startup)
• Proven ability to ship, learn, and iterate quickly
• Strong product intuition backed by data thinking
• Comfort working across UX, engineering, and analytics
• Curiosity about finance, investing, and wealth tech

Degrees don’t define you — but if you have one, likely CS, business, or psychology.
