Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a  Senior Product Manager  to join our team.

In this role, you will take full ownership of product vision, feature direction, KPIs and live operations. You will work closely with designers and developers to maximize player engagement, retention, and revenue while building delightful gameplay experiences.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product roadmap for mobile games and live features
• Analyze player behavior, KPIs, and funnel data to identify growth opportunities
• Plan, prioritize, and write clear product requirements and specifications
• Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and art teams to deliver high-quality features
• Define clear hypotheses, design and analyze A/B tests to improve engagement, retention, and monetization
• Monitor key product metrics and use insights to guide data-driven decision-making
• Track market trends, competitor titles, and emerging features to inform product strategy
• Ensure a consistent and high-quality player experience across the entire user journey

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in mobile gaming (hybrid-casual or puzzle experience is a big plus)
• Strong understanding of free-to-play economy design, live ops, and KPIs (retention, ARPU, LTV, funnel metrics)
• Experience planning and evaluating A/B tests and feature experiments
• Ability to translate data insights into clear product decisions and action plans
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using analytics tools (Firebase, Sensor Tower, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines
• Comfortable taking ownership, making decisions, and driving a product toward ambitious goals
