Job Scope:

  • The Technical Product Manager (TPM) role sits at the intersection of business strategy, technology, and data, driving the vision, roadmap, and execution of intuitive, scalable tools that abstract AI/ML complexity into simplified, usable workflows.
  • TPM is responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of AI-powered products from opportunity identification and conceptualization to launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
  • It requires strong technical depth and a product mindset capable of delivering impactful solutions that empower both technical and non-technical users to build, deploy, and iterate with ease, ensuring tangible business value and alignment with organizational goals.


Total /Relevant Experience:

10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 1 year focused on AI, data, or technology-driven products.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategy and execution for intuitive, scalable platform capabilities that abstract AI/ML complexity into simplified, user-facing workflows
  • Conduct global market and user research to identify platform opportunities that enable faster solution-building with minimal technical dependencies
  • Maintain up-to-date personas and journey maps for key customer segments to inform roadmap and design decisions
  • Translate product vision into a prioritized roadmap of reusable components, modular features, and extensible interfaces with clear success metrics
  • Define and deliver product requirements for orchestration, template-based solutions, dynamic configuration, and visual design workflows
  • Design and lead the development of AI agents and agentic workflows that automate complex tasks and enable adaptive, multi-step user interactions
  • Track product performance using experiments, telemetry, and user behavior analytics; iterate to improve adoption and ease of use
  • Lead discovery sprints to validate features such as workflow automation, API integrations, pre-configured model pipelines, and reusable logic blocks
  • Develop prototypes, user stories, PRDs, MVP definitions, and acceptance criteria to ensure AI solutions are valuable, usable, and aligned with the roadmap
  • Prioritize and manage the backlog; lead cross-functional Agile delivery teams to ensure timely delivery of high-impact platform features
  • Work closely with engineering and UX teams to design and deliver scalable, user-friendly tools for composing, deploying, and managing AI workflows
  • Own MVP development, feature releases, and continuous product improvement through agile iterations
  • Run A/B tests or canary releases to validate feature impact before full-scale rollout
  • Coordinate third-party integrations (e.g., APIs, vector DBs, pre-trained models) and manage reusable services to extend platform capabilities
  • Evaluate and manage relationships with external vendors, including API providers, data sources, and MLOps platforms.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to executives and key sponsors with transparency and clarity
  • Develop business cases, estimate ROI, and articulate product value to stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Foster collaboration and alignment across engineering, design, business, and customer facing teams to ensure shared goals and smooth execution
  • Build feedback mechanisms and enablement tools to support platform scalability, usability, and long-term success


Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Design thinking with good understanding of AI/ML evolution, ecosystem, platforms, tools and component-based system design
  • Working knowledge of APIs, plugin-based architectures, and event-driven systems
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering, vector search, and LLM orchestration frameworks
  • Hands-on familiarity with backend and frontend stacks (REST, GraphQL, React, microservices)
  • Experience with cloud-native tooling (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines


Qualifications Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Data Science
  • 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 1 year focused on AI, data, or technology-driven products
  • Proven track record of managing full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and scale especially for AI/ML or tech products for tech & non tech users
  • Experience working in Agile environments
