About the Project

Rehabitaire is a digital physiotherapy and rehabilitation platform designed to support physiotherapists and patients throughout the recovery journey. The platform uses AI and computer vision, including camera based analysis, to support home exercise programmes, improve adherence, and provide meaningful feedback on patient progress.

Rehabitaire is built as a tool that supplements and supports physiotherapists in their work. It is not designed to replace therapists, but to extend their reach, improve follow up, and help patients perform their exercises more effectively outside the clinic.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with strong Scrum experience who can take ownership of product definition, execution, and early market traction. This is a hands on role with real influence over how the product is shaped, built, released, and brought to market.

Beyond core product execution, the role includes helping shape the early commercial direction of the platform including go to market strategy, early customer engagement, and feedback driven product iteration.

Role

You will operate across both Product Manager and Product Owner responsibilities in a Scrum environment, working closely with our founder, physiotherapists, UX designers, and the engineering team.

At the product management level, your role is to help shape the product direction, prioritise what should be built, and ensure the product evolves based on real user needs and market feedback.

At the product owner level, you will translate product vision and clinical needs into clear priorities, well structured backlog items, and actionable delivery plans for the engineering team.

You will also help guide how the product reaches its first users, working closely with clinics and therapists to validate the product, shape adoption, and inform future roadmap decisions.

You will be deeply involved in usability testing, feedback collection from therapists and patients, release planning, and continuous iteration based on real usage and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the product backlog in a Scrum environment, including prioritisation, refinement, and clear definition of backlog items

• Lead product definition, validation, release, and post launch iteration using real user feedback

• Translate product vision and business goals into clear, actionable requirements for the delivery team

• Work closely with physiotherapists and clinical experts to ensure the product reflects real rehabilitation workflows and needs

• Collaborate closely with UX designers to shape user journeys and ensure design intent is preserved during implementation

• Work day to day with the engineering team to clarify requirements, answer questions, and support smooth delivery

• Plan and support releases, iterations, and sprint goals in coordination with the team

• Organise and participate in usability testing and feedback sessions with therapists and patients

• Contribute to early go to market thinking including pricing, onboarding, and clinic engagement

• Continuously assess product effectiveness, usability, and alignment with Rehabitaire’s goals through usage metrics and feedback

Required Experience

• At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a Scrum or Agile environment

• Proven experience owning and managing a product backlog

• Experience taking products from concept through launch and early iterations

• Hands on experience with usability testing, user validation, and feedback driven iteration

• Strong structured thinking and decision making skills

• Comfortable working closely with designers, engineers, and domain experts

• Able to operate in a fast moving, product led environment

Nice to Have

• Experience in digital health, rehabilitation, or wellness

• Interest in fitness, sports, or human movement

• Experience contributing to go to market or early product adoption

Working Setup

• Hybrid role

• Close collaboration with the founder and development team

• High ownership and meaningful influence over product direction
