The role

As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead product strategy for one of Vale's most critical product areas, shaping the roadmap and driving outcomes that matter for the business and our customers.

• Own the strategy and roadmap for a major product area including customer-facing apps, machine software, or platform services
• Lead discovery by synthesizing customer insights, market trends, and business objectives into a coherent product vision
• Collaborate deeply with Engineering, Design, Data, and Hardware to build and ship great products
• Define and own product KPIs, tracking performance and driving continuous improvement
• Mentor and support more junior PMs and help build a strong product culture at Vale
• Represent the product perspective in executive leadership discussions
• Partner with Marketing on positioning, launch strategy, and go-to-market for new features and products

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• 6+ years of product management experience with at least 2 years as a senior PM
• Proven experience owning large, complex product areas and delivering significant business outcomes
• Strong data fluency and experience with SQL or BI tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership
• Experience working in a hardware+software environment a strong plus

Compensation

$155,000 – $210,000 per year
