Senior Product Manager - AI & Digital Experience

We have partnered with a major consumer business that is redefining its digital experience across web, mobile and in-store channels. They are looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive the roadmap for AI enabled personalisation, customer journey optimisation, and the introduction of new digital features across the full omnichannel lifecycle.

The successful candidate will work closely with Engineering, Data, UX and Operations to deliver innovative, commercially focused product enhancements that elevate customer engagement and increase conversion across millions of users.

About the role:

* Own the product roadmap for AI powered customer experience

* Enhance digital journeys across mobile apps, web and retail channels

* Deliver data driven personalisation and automation capabilities

* Work cross functionally with Engineering, UX and Data teams

* Shape long term vision for customer engagement and retention

About you:

* Strong background in digital product management

* Experience delivering AI or data driven capabilities

* Comfortable managing large stakeholder groups across tech and business

* Ability to turn complex challenges into simple, high impact solutions
