The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated Senior Product Manager to shape and drive the product strategy across retail, wholesale, and institutional channels. Leading a couple of direct reports, this role will oversee the full product lifecycle, managing enhancements, ensuring operational excellence, and driving product innovation initiatives that support the business's strategic objectives.

Key Accountabilities

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of a diverse product suite, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with business goals.
• Drive new product development and enhancements across investment platforms, from concept through to implementation.
• Leverage insights from market trends, competitor analysis, and client feedback to inform product strategy and design.
• Partner with Operations, Distribution, and Marketing to deliver seamless product launches and updates.
• Oversee the Operations function, streamlining processes and driving automation to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Maintain a strong focus on regulatory compliance and documentation, ensuring all products adhere to industry standards.
• Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders on all product-related matters, fostering collaboration and clarity across teams.

Ideal Experience

• Strong background in product management within the financial services or investment management sector.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver strategic product initiatives from concept to completion.
• Deep understanding of managed funds, institutional and retail investment markets.
• Proven stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills, analytical mindset, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
