Senior Product Manager – Messaging Platforms

Notify Africa Digital Communications KSA WLL is seeking a strategic and innovative Senior Product Manager – Messaging Platforms to lead the development and growth of digital communication products in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

This role is ideal for a product management professional with experience in messaging platforms, SaaS products, telecommunications technology, customer engagement solutions, or digital communication systems. The successful candidate will oversee product strategy, platform optimization, feature development, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable and customer-focused communication solutions.

What you’ll do:

• Lead product strategy and roadmap development for messaging and communication platforms
• Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, operations, and business teams to deliver scalable product solutions
• Define product requirements, user stories, and feature priorities based on market and customer needs
• Monitor product performance, customer engagement metrics, and platform KPIs
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback reviews
• Support product launches, feature releases, and platform enhancements
• Coordinate with sales and customer success teams to improve product adoption and user experience
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on scalability, reliability, and customer satisfaction
• Manage product lifecycle activities from planning through deployment and optimization
• Identify growth opportunities and support innovation across messaging technologies and digital communication services

Pay: ﷼24,000.00 - ﷼40,000.00 per month
