Job Title: Technical Product Manager - Engineering

About the Role:

Our client, a high-growth healthcare and B2C platform, is looking for a senior Technical Product Manager to lead product and engineering execution.

This role is critical to launching a 0-1 product and evolving the business into a more structured, acquisition-ready organization. The PM will work directly with the CEO and COO , drive cross-functional collaboration, and eventually lead engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end product delivery with a strong technical focus
• Translate business objectives into technical requirements and actionable engineering plans
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Operations, and Engineering
• Drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of new products
• Build and mentor engineering teams while ensuring measurable business impact

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in product management with a strong technical/engineering background
• Proven track record of launching products from 0-1
• Experience in healthcare, e-commerce, or complex B2C products preferred
• Assertive, confident, and able to lead teams and influence stakeholders
• Must be based in the UAE

Interview Process:

• 3 stages: HR → COO → CEO
• Target hire within 1 week, 2 max
