Senior Production Engineer (Steel Division)

We are urgently hiring a Senior Production Engineer with ADNOC approval for our Steel Division. The candidate will lead production operations, ensure quality control, and coordinate with engineering and fabrication teams for smooth and timely project execution.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to;

• Oversee daily production activities within the steel fabrication unit.
• Ensure projects are executed according to specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with engineering, planning, and quality departments.
• Monitor productivity, optimize workflow, and resolve technical issues.
• Supervise the production team and ensure adherence to safety procedures.
• Prepare production reports and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8-10 years or more experience in steel fabrication/steel structure production.
• UAE Driving License – Mandatory.
• ADNOC Approval Certificate – Mandatory.
• UAE Attested Engineering Certificate – Mandatory.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge in steel structure fabrication and erection.
• Ability to lead teams and manage production schedules.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
