Medium Rare Content Agency (MRCA) is on the lookout for an experienced Senior Production Manager to lead production across the award winning Coles content ecosystem. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised, hands on production professional who thrives in a fast paced environment and wants to deliver outstanding creative work for one of Australia's largest retailers.
Reporting to the Executive Creative Director, you will work closely with the Coles Creative team and the Medium Rare Production team to ensure all stills and video production is executed to the highest standard. You'll play a key role in maintaining efficiency, consistency, and quality across a high volume of work throughout the year.
Key ResponsibilitiesYou are a production expert who loves variety and collaboration. You balance creativity with structure and know how to bring large scale projects to life while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.

We work with some of the country's most recognisable brands, including Coles, Bunnings, Qantas, Officeworks, CommBank and L'Oréal Australia & New Zealand, to create award winning content and campaigns across print, out of home, digital and social channels.
We celebrate courageous creativity and take pride in our people, our work and our clients. Medium Rare employs more than 200 people across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Auckland. This role is Sydney based, working from our Pyrmont office on a hybrid arrangement (three days in the office).
