Senior Production Manager – Bed Linen (Leadership Role)

We are hiring a world class Senior Production Manager to own production for one of our luxury bed linen brands across major textile mills in Pakistan. Our brands compete at the highest level of quality, consistency and design. This role sits at the core of turning elite product concepts into flawless, scalable bulk production.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production of bed linen (bed sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases etc.) across multiple factories.
• Work with planning department, capacity, timelines and delivery performance
• Work closely with the Head of QA to enforce standards, audits and continuous improvement
• Partner with the Director of Product Development on sampling, new developments and bulk execution
• Coordinate fabric, dyeing, finishing, cutting, stitching and packing processes
• Ensure strict adherence to approved specs, samples and brand standards
• Drive improvements in quality, efficiency, cost control and consistency
• Solve complex production and quality challenges with a hands on leadership approach
• Work closely with Senior PD and Logistics manager.

Who We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in production management (bed linen / home textiles / textiles)
• Proven experience working with major textile mills
• Strong technical understanding of fabric, finishing and stitching
• Experience working closely with QA and product development teams
• A leader, not just a coordinator, someone who owns results
• Strong planning, execution and problem solving skills
• Master or Bachelor degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
