JOB PURPOSE
Core Procurement Specialist: Looking for a motivated and experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team! As a Senior Professional, Candidate will be responsible for assisting with the procurement process, including contract management, contract negotiation and preparation of purchase orders. Shall also be responsible for ensuring that our commitments to customers are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the procurement of products and services for all business verticals i.e. IT, Non-IT, HR, InfoSec, Admin, Finance etc.
- Managing and maintaining contracts with vendors.
- Negotiating and drafting contract terms and conditions.
- Ensuring compliance with all related laws and regulations.
- Analyzing and evaluating supplier performance.
- Managing daily, monthly and quarterly reports.
- Developing and maintaining supplier relationships.
Coordinating with other departments
Key Competencies:
Minimum of a Graduate or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in procurement.
