Job Description
- Oversee and lead the program of assigned projects, ensuring alignment with the strategic direction of Takamol/HRSD/Affiliates, with a strong focus on delivering government platforms and digital solutions that support national initiatives and labor market transformation.
- Manage end-to-end project delivery across government platforms/systems, including planning, resourcing, governance, quality assurance, and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with defined scope, while maintaining adherence to government standards, policies, and digital frameworks.
- Drive coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders (government entities, vendors, and partners) to ensure seamless integration and delivery of platform-based solutions.
- Lead stakeholder management activities, including identifying key stakeholders, managing expectations, ensuring alignment, and maintaining strong relationships to support successful project delivery.
- Engage with senior stakeholders and decision-makers, ensuring continuous communication, alignment on objectives, and timely resolution of issues and escalations.
- Identify and assess risks, technical challenges, and operational bottlenecks related to platform implementation and deployment, and lead mitigation and corrective actions.
- Extract key insights and lessons learned from ongoing and completed projects and translate them into actionable improvements to enhance platform performance, scalability, and user experience.
- Contribute to establishing and enhancing project management frameworks, governance models, and delivery standards, ensuring alignment with best practices and government expectations.
- Lead vendor management and negotiations, particularly for technology vendors and platform providers, ensuring service quality, compliance, and effective knowledge transfer.
- Provide regular updates and executive-level reporting on project progress, milestones, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Identify training and development needs for team members, with emphasis on digital platforms, government systems, and advanced project management practices.
- Perform any other duties as required by the direct manager.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (any discipline)
Minimum Experience
8 up to 10 years of experience in Project Management
