Senior Project Architect - Logistics

We're representing an established engineering consultancy working on major logistics and industrial developments in Dubai South. This is an opportunity to lead architectural design on large-scale warehouse, distribution, and fulfillment projects supporting the region's rapidly growing logistics infrastructure.

Requirements

• 8-12 years of architectural experience with a strong focus on logistics, warehousing, or industrial projects
• Proven track record delivering large-span structures and distribution facilities
• Proficiency in Revit/BIM and understanding of steel frame/portal frame design
• Experience with LEED or BREEAM for industrial buildings
• Strong technical detailing and construction documentation skills
• UAE experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead concept through detailed design on logistics and warehouse projects in Dubai South
• Coordinate with MEP and structural engineering teams on large-scale developments
• Manage design documentation, authority approvals, and construction administration
• Liaise with developers, contractors, and stakeholders throughout project lifecycle
• Ensure designs meet international standards for logistics facilities including loading dock design, fire safety, and operational efficiency
