Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Control Manager to lead project planning, scheduling, execution monitoring, cost control, and performance management across the company's strategic and operational initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the steel, manufacturing, industrial, or construction sectors and a proven ability to manage complex projects while ensuring timely delivery, budget control, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution activities.
• Develop and maintain project control systems, KPIs, and reporting frameworks.
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, resources, and performance.
• Identify project risks and implement corrective actions when required.
• Coordinate with management, suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare executive-level reports and project status updates.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to company objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management and operational processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Project Controls, PMO, or Project Management roles.
• Strong experience within steel manufacturing, steel trading, industrial facilities, heavy industry, or construction projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, ERP systems, or similar project management tools.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications

• Chinese or Russian candidates preferred.
• Previous experience working in the UAE, GCC, China, or Russia.
• Fluent English communication skills.
