Role Overview
The Senior Project Coordinator / Business Analyst will be a key member of the RAMP Program Management Unit (PMU), responsible for translating policy objectives into structured execution plans, analytical insights, and measurable outcomes.
This role requires a blend of business analysis, project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and performance monitoring within a government consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Project Execution
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor execution of RAMP program activities
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies
- Track deliverables, risks, issues, and escalations
- Ensure adherence to government compliance, governance, and reporting protocols
Business Analysis & Reporting
- Gather, analyse, and document program and business requirements
- Define, monitor, and report KPIs and performance indicators
- Conduct data analysis to support program optimisation and impact assessment
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, policy notes, and strategic presentations
Stakeholder & Team Coordination
- Liaise with government departments, implementing agencies, and industry stakeholders
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including analysts, field teams, and support staff
- Facilitate review meetings, workshops, and steering committee discussions
- Act as a bridge between policy intent and ground-level implementation
Key Deliverables
- Project execution plans and periodic progress reports
- RAMP dashboards and analytical insights
- Risk, issue, and escalation logs
- Policy briefs and strategic recommendations
Qualifications
Education
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, Economics, Management, or a related discipline
- Bachelor’s degree mandatory
Certifications (Preferred)
- CBAP or equivalent business analysis / project management certification
Experience & Skill Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in consulting, PMU roles, government programs, MSME development, or strategic project environments
- Experience working with government agencies and multi-stakeholder programs
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, MIS and reporting tools
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables in high-accountability environments
- Familiarity with MSME schemes, industrial policy, or trade programs is an advantage
