Senior Project Delivery Manager

About the Role:
At SV Leading Logistics and Infrastructure Services, we build scalable enterprise platforms that power logistics, operations, and corporate services across the GCC region. We believe operational software should be as intuitive as modern consumer applications. We are seeking a Senior Project Delivery Manager (m/f/d) to lead complex, multi-stakeholder delivery programs and ensure successful execution from planning to deployment. You will be the key driver of delivery excellence, aligning business goals, technical teams, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
Program Leadership: Manage end-to-end delivery of enterprise-level projects across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Execution Governance: Define timelines, milestones, and delivery frameworks to ensure consistent execution quality.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Align engineering, operations, and business teams to achieve project objectives.
Risk Management: Identify delivery risks early and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery.
Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders and enterprise clients.
Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs, budgets, and resource allocation across active projects.

What We Are Looking For:
Experience: 6+ years in project or program management, including leadership experience in enterprise environments.
Track Record: Proven success delivering large-scale digital or operational transformation projects.
Tools: Experience with Jira, MS Project, Asana, or similar enterprise delivery tools.
Communication: Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate at executive level.
Mindset: Highly structured, solution-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple high-priority initiatives.

Pay: KD1,650.000 - KD2,300.000 per month
