We are looking for a Senior Project Delivery Manager (m/f/d) who can take ownership of cross-functional project execution across multiple business initiatives. You will not simply oversee timelines; you will shape delivery strategy, align stakeholders, and ensure projects move from planning to successful implementation with confidence. You will lead high-performing teams while bridging business priorities, operational requirements, and technical execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Delivery Leadership:

Own and manage the successful delivery of strategic business and technology initiatives, ensuring timelines, budgets, scope, and business objectives remain aligned.

Cross Functional Coordination:

Lead collaboration between internal departments, technical teams, vendors, and executive stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and proactive issue resolution.

Process Improvement:

Identify delivery bottlenecks, optimize operational workflows, and implement scalable project management practices that improve efficiency and consistency.

Team Leadership:

Mentor project coordinators, specialists, and delivery teams. Foster accountability, collaboration, and performance excellence across initiatives.

Stakeholder Management:

Communicate project status, risks, priorities, and recommendations clearly to leadership teams and business stakeholders. You can confidently explain the reasoning behind delivery decisions and strategic tradeoffs.

Risk and Performance Management:

Anticipate challenges before they become blockers. Monitor key performance indicators, mitigate risks, and ensure delivery commitments are consistently achieved.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:

6+ years of experience in project delivery, operations, program management, or enterprise implementation, with at least 2+ years in a senior or leadership capacity.

Project Management Expertise:

Strong experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and operational dependencies.

Tooling:

Hands-on experience with enterprise project and collaboration platforms such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Microsoft Project, or similar reporting and workflow systems.

Language Skills:

Professional English communication skills are required for documentation, reporting, and stakeholder coordination. Arabic language skills are considered an advantage in regional business environments.

Mindset:

You are highly organized, commercially aware, and execution focused. You understand when to escalate issues, when to adapt plans, and how to balance speed with quality to deliver meaningful business outcomes.

Pay: QAR17,000.00 - QAR23,000.00 per month
