Senior Project Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sr. Site Engineer / Project manager to manage and oversee project execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring project installations are carried out in accordance with the project plan, specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor all on-site installation activities to ensure adherence to design, schedule, and safety norms.

Coordinate with client, contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure timely completion of work.

Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.

Provide technical advice and resolve issues that arise during fabrication and installation.

Ensure that all materials used and work performed meet the required standards.

Liaise with the project management team to update on progress, issues, and planning.

Manage and maintain site records, including attendance, material inventory, and work logs.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil / Mechanical or related field.

1–5 years of relevant experience in infrastructure projects.

Strong understanding of Fabrication/ carpentry,construction procedures, materials, and project management.

Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, or project management software is a plus.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Work Conditions:

Site-based role; may require travel to different project locations.
