Senior Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Coordination:
• Oversee the entire construction lifecycle: foundation to finishing
• Work closely with architects, MEP engineers, and consultants
• Construction Supervision:
• Monitor excavation, formwork, concrete pouring, masonry, finishing
• Ensure QA/QC standards and safety protocols
• Material & Resource Management:
• Approve and manage procurement of construction materials
• Optimize manpower and machinery use on site
• Client & Contractor Liaison:
• Coordinate between client, contractors, vendors, and consultants
• Chair progress meetings and resolve site issues
• Drawing Review & Execution:
• Review and interpret structural, architectural, and services drawings
• Provide technical solutions for site execution

Qualifications

• B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• 8–15+ years of relevant experience in building construction
• Strong understanding of RCC, steel structures, waterproofing, finishing, and services coordination

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
