Senior Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing high-rise building construction projects.

· Must be certified/authorized by Dubai Municipality for G+12 building projects.

· Review project drawings, specifications, and engineering documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.

· Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to resolve technical issues.

· Monitor project progress, prepare engineering reports, and track material and resource usage.

· Support site teams in quality control, safety compliance, and troubleshooting construction challenges.

· Assist in preparing RFIs, method statements, shop drawings, and other technical submissions.

· Ensure adherence to project timelines, budget, and regulatory requirements.

· Participate in regular project meetings and provide engineering input.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

· Minimum 6 years of experience in UAE specifically in high-rise building construction.

· Strong knowledge of construction methods, structural systems, and project execution practices.

· Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.

· Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
